As Catholics, we believe that Jesus is present in the Host or Holy Eucharist. There are times when the Host, also called the Blessed Sacrament, is exposed in a special holder and placed on the altar for all to visit and honor and pray to. This is called Adoration and is held in our church on Mondays from 6 to 7 pm and on Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:00 am. The Church is open and everyone is encouraged to spend time with our Lord.

- What does it mean to be an adorer?
  
  An hourly adorer is someone who comes to Adoration for one hour at the same time every week. We would like to have 1-3 adorers assigned for every hour. The hourly adorers are present to ensure that the most Blessed Sacrament is never alone. Without devoted adorers, we would not be able to keep the church open. Signing up for an hour also makes prayer time a consistent part of a person’s life.
