Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation is usually celebrated in the fall, the date decided by the Diocese. The Sacrament is celebrated after the completion of a two-year process, Levels 7 and 8, whereby the children experience how Catholics are called to live out the promises that were made for them in Baptism. Unfortunately, it is required that a minimum of 25 Students are needed to hold a confirmation, if we do not meet this requirement based on the Bishop's guidelines we will celebrate our confirmation the following year with combined students from the previous year.
The following assignments/events are mandatory for the Sacrament of Confirmation:
- Stewardship hours (45 in total, over two years)
- Mass Reflections
- Mass Attendance sheets
- Saint Project
- Teen Outreach
- Participation in Living Stations of the Cross before Easter
- Retreat
- Interview with Father/Deacons
