Father Krystian was born in Poland. After high school, Father Krystian attended the Seminary at Sandomierz where he earned his Master of Divinity in Theology. He was ordained to the priesthood on 2003.
Father Krystian’s first and only assignment in Poland. He taught the CCD program in a public school and worked with the youth and young adults. After three years, and with his local bishop’s permission, Father Krystian came to the USA. He served as an Associate Pastor in several Parishes in the Diocese of Metuchen, during his time Father Krystian continued to study English as a Second Language (ESL) at Rutgers University. He was re-assigned to Saint Bartholomew Parish in East Brunswick, and then to Saint Joseph Parish in North Plainfield, where he worked with the Latino community. Father Krystian also served at Saint Joseph Parish in Washington, NJ, and The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Hackettstown, NJ. Most recently he served as Parochial Vicar at The Church of Saint James in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Father Krystian is tri-lingual, speaking English, Polish, and Spanish.
In his spare time, Father Kystian loves sports, hiking, biking, and good books.
